The town of Spamtin is being overrun by rats, but the treasury is empty. Can the mayor find a solution to the problem that doesn’t require payment up front? Or will Honest Joe use the vermin problem to become the new mayor?

Minimal set requirements.

Suitable for a cast of 25 (9-12 year olds).
